Welcome!

The Virginia Tech Wakeboarding Club is made of Virginia Tech Faculty, Students, and Staff. However, 95% of members are students and their guests. Anybody is eligible to be a member of the club. The purpose of the Virginia Tech Wakeboard Club is to promote the sport of wakeboarding at VT and to provide an opportunity for all to learn how to wakeboard or improve their skills. We encourage everyone, from beginner to the most competitive riders to come out and ride with us.

The majority of the coaching is done by the Virginia Tech Wakeboarding Team members. We guarantee that every time you come out to ride, at least one team member will be on the boat to give you coaching.
